1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of salt
1 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon of cooking oil
1 cup of water
Green food coloring
Mix ingredients into a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Allow to cool.
